Last updated: June 13, 2026

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the Nexlo platform, operated by Nexlo Payments S.L.. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use Nexlo.

2. Definitions

  • User: individual or legal entity that uses Nexlo.
  • Remittance: an order to send money to a recipient.
  • Smart Link: a link through which the recipient chooses how to receive the funds.
  • Cashela: Cashela Global Payments, the regulated infrastructure that executes and settles payments.

3. Requirements and registration

To use Nexlo you must be over 18, provide truthful information and complete identity verification (KYC). Business accounts require KYB verification. We may refuse or suspend access if these requirements are not met.

4. Service description

Nexlo is an interface that facilitates sending remittances. Processing, custody of funds and settlement are carried out by Cashela on its regulated infrastructure. Nexlo does not hold your funds.

5. Quotes, fees and exchange rate

Before confirming each transfer you'll see the full breakdown: corridor fee, applied exchange rate and total to pay. The quote shown at the time of confirmation is the binding one. Exchange rates may vary between operations.

6. Sending and delivery process

After your payment, we process the remittance and the recipient receives the funds via the chosen method (bank, wallet or USDT). With the Smart Link, the recipient selects the method when opening the link. Delivery times depend on the corridor and the method.

7. User obligations

  • Provide truthful data and keep it up to date.
  • Be the legitimate owner of the funds sent.
  • Use the service for lawful and personal or business purposes.
  • Safeguard your access credentials.

8. Prohibited uses

It is prohibited to use Nexlo for money laundering, financing illicit activities, fraud, or sending third-party funds without authorization. Breaching these rules may lead to account suspension and reporting to the authorities.

9. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a remittance while it is pending payment. Once processing has started, cancellation will depend on the status of the operation. Refunds are made via the original payment method and may be subject to corridor costs.

10. Service availability and modifications

We work to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or external causes. We may add, modify or remove corridors and features.

11. Limitation of liability

Nexlo will not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount of the fees of the affected operation. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be legally excluded.

12. Intellectual property

The Nexlo brand, logo, design and software are the property of Nexlo Payments S.L. or its licensors. No usage right is granted beyond what is necessary to use the service.

13. Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page and, if the changes are substantial, we will notify you. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile when the applicable regulations so establish.
