The controller of your data is Nexlo Payments S.L. ("Nexlo", "we"). For any privacy-related matter you can write to us at ayuda@nexlo.app.

• Identification and contact: name, email, phone and country.
• Identity verification (KYC): identity document, selfie and proof of address.
• Transaction data: amounts, recipients, payout methods and the status of each remittance.
• Technical data: device, browser and IP address for security purposes.
• Communications: the messages you send us via form, email or WhatsApp.

• Providing the remittance service (performance of the contract).
• Complying with legal obligations for anti-money-laundering prevention (KYC/AML).
• Preventing fraud and ensuring security (legitimate interest).
• Sending you communications about news, only if you give your consent.

We share strictly necessary data with Cashela Global Payments (payment processing and settlement), identity-verification providers, technology providers acting as data processors, and authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.

To deliver remittances at destination, some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. In those cases we apply adequate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We keep your data while you maintain an active account and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable regulations (for anti-money-laundering purposes, up to 10 years).

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to ayuda@nexlo.app.

If you believe we have not properly handled your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

We use essential cookies for the site to work (for example, your light/dark theme preference) and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve the service. You can manage them from your browser.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access control and data minimization. No system is 100% infallible, but we work to maintain the highest level of protection.

Nexlo is intended exclusively for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
